This 30 minutes of a chest workout. That is not bad - but it is not a lot. This workout is strength - building the chest (or shrinking it if you're a girl). This is a split workout in that the first half is all chest and the second is all tricep, there is no going back and forth between muscle groups like P90X. Body Beast: Chest & Triceps, Day 1
